Michael P. Oliver

Mike Oliver’s practice area concentrates on medical malpractice and product liability claims. Mr. Oliver has tried more than 125 jury trials to verdict and has successfully represented domestic and international manufacturers in defending product liability claims involving motorcycle design, ATV, and personal watercraft.

Since January 1995, Mr. Oliver has also served as General Counsel and Executive Director of the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE). Mr. Oliver also attained Level II coaching certification through the ASA and coached a junior Olympic girls’ fast pitch softball travel team for five years.

Norman I. Reichel

Norman Reichel’s primary practice over the last 40 years is civil trial practice with an emphasis in professional medical liability, nursing home/adult care liability and product liability.  Mr. Reichel is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. He has handled more than 100 jury trials and has been a speaker and contributing writer on professional liability, trial practice, mediation, and insurance matters.
