Mike Oliver’s practice area concentrates on medical malpractice and product liability claims. Mr. Oliver has tried more than 125 jury trials to verdict and has successfully represented domestic and international manufacturers in defending product liability claims involving motorcycle design, ATV, and personal watercraft. Since January 1995, Mr. Oliver served as General Counsel and Executive Director of the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE).

Norm Reichel’s primary practice over the last 40 years has been civil trial practice with an emphasis in professional medical liability, nursing home and adult care liability, and product liability. Mr. Reichel is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri, and has handled more than 100 jury trials. He has been an invited speaker and contributing writer on professional liability, trial practice, dispute resolution, and insurance matters, and other professional topics.
